Helios

Also called Solara.

The primary sun, and the one most people mean when they just say the sun. Tied to Helia, goddess of Light and Healing, and farmers have greeted its rise with her name for as long as anyone can remember. Helios comes up first each morning and sets first each evening. Most of the working day runs by it.

Associated with health, illumination, and growth.

Emberia

Also called Pyrrion.

The second sun, smaller and redder, with a hotter quality to its light. It rises an hour or two after Helios and sets an hour or two after as well, leaving a stretch of late afternoon where Emberia hangs alone before dark. That window has its own quality - the light turns amber, shadows go long and warm, and everything feels a bit later than it is. Sailors use it to judge the last hour of good sailing light.

Every 15th day of the month, Emberia’s path cuts a searing ray across the Sun Stricken Wastelands. Scholars call it an astronomical anomaly. Rumours state it’s to do with a secret that lays beneath the sands, more recent whispers make word of a disturbed tomb by a group of adventurers.
